1. Training speed increase - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
You want attribute increasing implants. Fairly inexpensive for +4s, which would increase your speed by a considerable amount. Remapping your attributes could help, another decent increase. Lastly training learning skills would help, by a large amo...

2. I can't control my Drones - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
I also use drones, but without your difficulties. Here is what you should do: Set up two shortcuts for your drones, one to engage your target, and one to return to drone bay. I use Ctrl+S and Ctrl+D, respectively. This saves you from having to con...

3. Corp Wallet Divisions - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
Yes it is. I'm sorry I'm not more helpful, but there is a role you can give that will allow someone to see the division and its transactions without being able to touch the money itself. Perhaps it was Audit or something X.x

4. Decent PVP ship - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
Edited by: Tarn Reis on 30/06/2008 20:42:07 What Elaine was saying, though, is if you are learning PVP, you are learning in a frigate. Learning in anything else is expensive and dumb. A good pvp ship, then, would be the Kestrel for Caldari, t...

5. Newbie Question: Can I Speed Tank? - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
Good points, Gartel. I've still been having great success with ABs, using a rail-ranis set up against cruisers, with an orbit at 21-22km, using a 24km disrupter. I can perma run this settup, which is a big plus, and I've been able to take on the f...

6. Whats the best kind of ship for me?(combat, PvP) - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
Originally by: Duriel Zhan What about the Caldari ships in pvp? It seems like many people don't like them as (solo) pvp ships. Most of Caldari ships focus on range. When using frigates that is quite ok, I even got my first pvp kill in a ro...

9. 2nd account - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
Edited by: Tarn Reis on 21/04/2008 16:59:56 I have no problem playing two accounts on one monitor in full screen, even running them both off of the same install. Just depends on what your computer can handle. It also helps greatly to turn off ...

10. Procurer vs. Retriever? - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
Something no one out and out said- The procurer mines less than your race's mining cruiser with even fairly low skills. Since a retriever really takes no time to get to from the procurer, you should just head straight for it.

11. Do transferred characters also include their possessions? - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
Not 100% certain, but it would make sense that everything in that character's wallet and hangers would REMAIN in that character's wallet and hangers, so yes.

15. how to concentrate on armors? - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
Beware of armour plating. Sure it gives you more armour, but it also adds mass to your ship, slowing you down and in turn making you easier to hit. It reduces its own benefit.
